The brief
Delray’s Hottest Party was designed to make a health conversation feel open, useful, and shared. The event combined education, connection, and a vendor experience in the Vintage Gym at Old School Square in Delray Beach.
Rothman Health Solutions needed a production partner who could keep the program intelligible from every seat while the room moved between video content, live speakers, panel voices, and attendee interaction. Primestar’s role was focused professional AV support: the microphones, displays, P.A. system, and on-site care that let the hosts stay with the conversation.
What we provided
The equipment package was deliberately direct. The room did not need to feel like a production; it needed to let the program land clearly.
- Four AKG broadcast microphones for the live voices carrying the panel and program.
- Two oversized professional video displays so presentation and event content could be seen across the room.
- An RCF P.A. system supporting the program audio in the Vintage Gym.
- Professional on-site AV support throughout the afternoon, from the video presentation through the live conversation.

A program with more than one point of attention
The afternoon combined a one-hour video presentation with a live panel discussion about women’s health and menopause. That meant the AV system had to support a change in pace without changing the room’s focus: attendees needed to see the presentation, then hear the live conversation as the panel took the floor.
Around the audience, wellness vendors shared samples, literature, and calls to action. The AV stayed in service of the experience — giving the program a dependable backbone while the room remained welcoming and personal.
The room, in frames
From the first vendor table to the final panel question, the event kept the audience close to the subject. These are the moments the AV system was there to support.

What the system made possible
The result was not a spectacle for its own sake. It was a room where the message could travel: from the video presentation to the panel, from the front of the room to the back, and from the hosts to the women who came to learn and connect.
- About 80 South Florida attendees experienced the program in a room organized around conversation.
- Four AKG broadcast microphones supported the event’s live speakers and panel voices.
- Two oversized professional displays kept the video presentation and program content visible to the audience.
- An RCF P.A. system gave the live program a professional audio foundation.
- Wellness vendors stayed part of the experience with space for samples, literature, and calls to action around the program.
