Rental periods

Match the truck to the length of the project.

Daily, weekly, and monthly availability is quoted around the production schedule, travel, crew, equipment package, venue, signal requirements, and any setup, hold, or deployment days.

Daily

For a single show day, special event, sports production, remote, or network contribution that needs a complete control room onsite.

Weekly

For multi-day programs, conferences, tournaments, touring stops, or consecutive production days with one technical home base.

Monthly

For extended projects, recurring productions, temporary studio needs, or a longer campaign that benefits from a dedicated mobile facility.

Setup, Hold & Deployment Days

Outside Broadcast Truck deployments often require the truck to arrive before the actual production date for compound positioning, venue integration, fiber and signal testing, power connection, transmission testing and engineering setup. Setup, rehearsal, hold, dark and travel days are included in the project schedule and quoted according to the requirements of the production.
