What we do

A real production team for your conference — not a gear drop.

Broadcast audio mixing console at a live conference
Dais audio

Mixed for the room and the stream.

A conference is a broadcast that happens to have a live audience. The audio has to be intelligible on every chair and on the stream. The video has to follow the speaker without missing the moment. Presentations have to land on the screen, the confidence monitor, and the recording in sync. Remote speakers have to feel like they're in the room.

We plan the show before we touch the gear. Room shape, dais layout, RF coordination, signal flow, run-of-show, screen content workflow, streaming destinations, and capture redundancy are scoped first. Then we deploy the right equipment, crew it with broadcast operators, and run it as one accountable production.

The conference stack

Six production departments. One control position.

Each department is scoped, crewed, and operated by people who do this every week — not generalists pulling double duty.

Conference audio

A dedicated A1 mixes the dais, the lectern, the panel, and the audience Q&A into one intelligible program for the room and the stream.

  • Shure MX418 D/C dais microphones
  • Audio-Technica + AKG wireless lavaliers and handhelds
  • RF coordination and battery management
  • In-room mix + broadcast mix delivered separately

Multi-camera video

4K PTZ cameras positioned for the speaker close-up, the panel wide, the audience reaction, and the stage cutaway — switched live to program.

  • 4K PTZ cameras with smooth presets
  • Live switching to program and ISO record
  • Lower-thirds, sponsor IDs, and agenda graphics
  • Color-matched across positions

Room reinforcement

RCF line-array P.A. tuned to the room so every chair hears the program clearly without fatigue across multi-hour sessions.

  • RCF active line-array P.A.
  • Subwoofers when the program calls for them
  • Distributed monitors for large rooms
  • On-stage stage monitors / IFB

Screens & confidence monitors

House-left and house-right 75" video monitors carry the program for the audience. Floor confidence monitors keep speakers oriented to slides and timer.

  • 75" stage and audience video monitors
  • Floor confidence monitors for speakers
  • Countdown clock and run-of-show timer
  • Branded backgrounds when slides are off

Presentation playback

Predator laptops drive Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides decks, plus video roll-ins, sponsor reels, and pre-show loops on cue.

  • Predator laptops with redundant playback
  • Speaker deck collection and version control
  • Video roll-ins and sponsor reels
  • Pre-show, break, and walk-out loops

Livestream & hybrid

A streaming engineer pushes the program to your channels and brings remote speakers into the show with broadcast-quality return.

  • YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, custom RTMP
  • Low-latency remote speaker integration
  • Hard-disk + cloud capture
  • Closed captioning available
Hybrid + livestream

Remote speakers in. Multi-platform stream out. Captured twice.

Modern conferences are rarely fully in-room. We bring remote contributors into the show with low-latency video conferencing, push the program to every public channel that matters, and capture the whole thing locally and in the cloud.

Remote speakers + panelists

Low-latency video bridge, in-room return audio, IFB cueing.

Simulcast

YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Vimeo, custom RTMP destinations.

Hard-disk recording

Local high-bitrate master on redundant SSDs.

Cloud backup

Parallel cloud capture so the program is never on one drive.

Closed captioning

CEA 608 / 708 captioning and bilingual options when required.

Redundant signal path

Primary + backup encoders, dual ISPs, on-site UPS.

How a conference comes together

From first call to wrap, on one timeline.

Conferences are won and lost in the four weeks before the doors open. We work that timeline backward so the show day feels uneventful — in the best possible way.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

Agenda, date, venue, expected attendance, in-room vs. hybrid, streaming destinations, and any compliance or captioning requirements.

  2. 02

    Site survey & plan

Room walk-through, dais layout, RF coordination, P.A. coverage plan, camera positions, and screen / confidence-monitor placement.

  3. 03

    Proposal & equipment list

A line-item proposal with equipment, crew, streaming destinations, and capture deliverables — fixed cost, no surprises.

  4. 04

    Run-of-show & content collection

We collect speaker decks, video roll-ins, sponsor reels, lower-third copy, and pre-show loops, then build a master playback timeline.

  5. 05

    Rehearsal

On-site rehearsal with available speakers — mic checks, camera presets, cue timing, transitions, and remote-speaker dial-ins tested.

  6. 06

    Show day

A1, video director, presentation operator, streaming engineer, and stage manager run the program from a single house-position kit.

  7. 07

    Delivery & archive

Program master, social-cut highlights when scoped, captioned VOD, and cloud-archived backups delivered after the event.

Where do you produce conferences?

+

Primestar Digital Network is based in Palm Beach County, Florida and produces conferences across Florida and the Southeast. Larger productions can travel nationwide with our crewing network.

Can you scale from a small board meeting to a multi-day conference?
