The conference ran July 29–31 at the Four Seasons Hotel on Fort Lauderdale Beach. We produced Saturday’s program, with keynote speakers, panels, and a packed ballroom. We handled all of the AV that day, captured the day with multiple cameras, and produced the presentation assets shown on the big screen.

An outdoor community health fair under a covered pavilion. We parked our original outside broadcast truck on site, ran camera cables to the pavilion, and streamed the event live with multiple cameras.

We have produced many charrettes across South Florida, and we know the setup it takes for residents to be heard and for the host to gather the input it needs to make informed decisions.
