Your AV team is just down the road.

Primestar Digital Network is based in Lake Worth, a few miles south of downtown West Palm Beach. We are not a national company flying a crew in.

West Palm Beach events run in all kinds of rooms: convention halls, hotel ballrooms, glass-walled waterfront pavilions, and city facilities. Each one needs the right sound for its size, screens that people can actually read, and a stream that holds up.

We plan the room with you ahead of time, bring our own equipment, and keep the same crew from load-in to load-out. If you want people who can’t be there to watch live, we add multi-camera livestreaming to the same plan.

Planning a West Palm Beach event

What we work out before the day.

Every venue is different. These are the questions we answer with you up front.

  1. 01

    The room and the crowd

How many guests, how the room is laid out, and where people will sit decide the size of the sound system and where the screens go.

  2. 02

    Glass, light, and the waterfront

Bright, glass-walled rooms like the Lake Pavilion change which screens and camera settings work. We plan for daylight and evening.

  3. 03

    Load-in and power

Downtown venues have set load-in windows, docks, and parking rules. We confirm access and power with the venue in advance.

  4. 04

    Who is watching online

If the event streams, we decide where it goes, which camera angles matter, and whether you want a recording or a replay afterward.
